Terms of Service

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Klox, an AI content creation platform for text, image, video, and workflow-based creative production. By accessing or using Klox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• We may require email verification or other checks before allowing access to certain features.

Use of the Service

Klox provides AI generation tools, file handling, workflow canvas features, generated output delivery, credits, subscription features, and related services. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and any model or provider restrictions that apply to requested generations.

User Content and Generated Outputs

• You are responsible for prompts, uploaded files, workflow data, API key usage, and other content you submit.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload, process, generate from, publish, share, or otherwise use your content.
• Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you retain rights you hold in your input content and may use generated outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
• You grant Klox the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and create outputs from your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Some features require credits, a paid plan, or both. Credit prices and model availability may change over time.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. Your subscription, renewal, cancellation, and payment status may be managed through Stripe checkout or billing flows.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees and used credits are non-refundable.
• We may suspend or limit paid features if payment fails, usage is abusive, or your account violates these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Uploading or generating content that violates others rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to bypass usage limits, credit accounting, security controls, rate limits, payment checks, or access restrictions.
• Interfering with service integrity, scraping at abusive scale, reverse engineering non-public systems, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing Klox as a competing service without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

Klox depends on third-party services for hosting, AI model processing, storage, analytics, authentication, email, and payment processing. Your use of features involving those services may be subject to additional provider terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Klox, including the website, software, design, workflows, infrastructure, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our technology or branding except for the limited right to use the service as provided.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay amounts owed, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful for every use, or suitable for your needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klox and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klox and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
